Christine is the Global Co-Lead of the firm’s Pride Network. With the support of her Global Pride ERG, she has created the company’s PRIDE mission statement, recruited new active supporters, and grown the community allowing colleagues to celebrate their individuality and flourish in the workplace. Christine drives monthly meeting agendas, tracks progress objectives, and organizes global internal webinars to educate and inspire colleagues to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion across the business. She is instrumental in planning, communicating and implementing Kantar’s Pride month celebrations and events across the LBGTQ+ calendar ensuring all letters of the alphabet are celebrated and supported. She has secured funding from departments across the company to forge strong external DEI partnerships. Additionally, she attended her first live Pride parade in Dublin this summer ‘22, proactively showing solidarity & marching with fellow LBGTQ+ individuals and is committed to driving the LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda within business and beyond.
