Dawn’s career includes roles as CEO of Getty Images, Chair and CEO of Channel 5, Managing Director of Channels and Services for BSkyB, Managing Director of Global Content at ITV, Controller of Arts & Entertainment at Channel 4 and Senior Vice-President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Yahoo. She is a co-founder of Moon&Back, a Non-Executive Director of Channel 4 and Grosvenor Estates, Chair of the National Youth Theatre, Barclays FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Championship, and Digital Theatre. She is also Chancellor of Edge Hill University. Dawn was awarded a CBE in the King’s Birthday Honours.
Since becoming AXA Japan CEO in 2019, Seiji has worked to raise awareness of unconscious bias and to promote LGBTQ+ Inclusion & Diversity. He has supported the Tokyo Rainbow Pride and Business for Marriage Equality. Seiji has supported AXA Asia’s study into mental health challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and has created the Business Name Use Guidelines to foster trans inclusion.
Harriet Green OBE is a dynamic leader renowned for her commitment to purpose-driven business and global impact. She served as CEO of Thomas Cook Group, where she led a transformative global turnaround, and as Chair & CEO, Asia Pacific at IBM, driving strategic initiatives across 15 countries. Harriet also played a pivotal role in the launch of IBM's Watson Internet of Things, Cognitive Commerce, and Education portfolios. In 2020, Harriet founded the Academies for Youth with Potential, starting with the Lost Girls of COVID Schools in Thailand, focusing on empowering young lives with essential skills. Her mentoring and business coaching efforts span across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the US, where she supports young leaders and champions diversity. A passionate ally of the LGBTQ+ community, Harriet advocates for embracing unique differences as a source of strength. Harriet's influence extends beyond business, with significant contributions to philanthropy and community engagement. She resides in Norfolk, where she leads local fundraising and environmental initiatives. Her achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including a place on Business Insider’s Top 32 Business Influencers and the Heroes Hall of Fame. Harriet was awarded an OBE in 2010 for her services to electronics.
As one of the UK’s leading specialists in diversity and inclusion for over 14 years, Suki has been a game changer in this field. He founded membership initiatives OUTstanding in 2013, and EMpower and HERoes in 2017 to diversify boardrooms, create more inclusive cultures and champion role models. In 2018, Suki launched INvolve, a motherbrand sitting above these three initiatives, working holistically across LGBT+, gender and ethnic minority inclusion. Both Audeliss and INvolve are committed to creating inclusive working environments for all.
As Chairperson and CEO of EY Japan, Moriaki Kida has led discussions on progressing LGBT+ inclusiveness globally, resulting in human resource policy transformations across EY and empowering future leaders across EY's large footprint. Mori is the Global Unity Sponsor and played an active role in forming the EY global LGBT+ strategy. With his guidance, the Unity network hosted a 24-hour global event for IDAHOTB 2021. This event saw EY Asia-Pacific Regional Leaders, and the Japan leadership team, declare their support for the LGBT+ community as allies. Mori co-signed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness Statement as part of Asia-Pacific Area Operating Executive, to demonstrate EY’s collective commitment to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusiveness in Asia-Pacific.
Pedro Pina joined Google in 2013 as Global Client Partner overseeing a team spread around the world dedicated to lead Google’s deep engagement with Europe’s biggest giants in advertising. In July 2021 he was picked to lead the operation of YouTube in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Beyond his day job, Pedro leads for Google the LGBTQ+ chapter across the region and he’s also a member of the EMEA’s DEI Council. In 2019, he was named one of the 10 most influential LGBTQ+ executives in the UK by the British LGBTQ+ awards. Pedro is a Board Member of OutRight Action International, an Advisory Member for the Outvertising Council in the UK and a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Victoria & Albert Museum of Art.
