Emily provided internal leadership in intersectional support of LGBTQ+ people through the internal ERGs for Women and LGBTQ+ people, successfully working to add full Transgender health cover, endometriosis cover and equal access to IVF for same sex couples in the corporate private health scheme. As a director of the Business Inclusion organization, Trans in the City, Emily has delivered inclusion talks to in excess of 160 organizations over the last year, and supported many organizations in the development of transition and dignity at work policies, as well as personal mentoring of senior executives undertaking transition. She founded and chairs the first LGBTQ+ Rugby supporter’s association in the professional game, QuinsPride, and has spoken with the leaders of the game in England and beyond to promote inclusion of Trans and LGBQ+ players, fans and staff across the sport. In addition Emily volunteers to reduce and prevent homophobic and transphobic bullying in schools as a volunteer with Diversity Role Models. Emily was honored as winner of the 2023 Rainbow Honors Corporate LGBTQIA+ champion as well as being shortlisted at the 2023 British Diversity Awards.
