In her previous role at Arup, Emmeline was a committee member for the LGBT network from 2012 to 2015, raising awareness and driving advancements on LGBT matters internally and externally for the construction/engineering industry. She moved to Amazon Web Services in Dublin this year and is looking to grow a local LGBT network. She was a steering committee member of the Gay Women’s Network from 2011 to 2014 and the co-chair of the multicultural arm (GWN-M) in 2011 & 2012. When reading her MBA at London Business School, she was the Vice President of the Out in Business LGBT Network in 2014 – 2015 and led the organisation for EurOUT in 2014.
