Pips Bunce is Head of Investment Banking Technology Strategic Platforms at Credit Suisse, where she is responsible for driving a range of the firm’s strategic initiatives from regulatory priorities through to the execution of strategic messaging and IT platforms. Prior to joining the bank, she acted as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and before that was at UBS. She started her career at British Telecom Research. Pips also acts as Co-Chair of the Credit Suisse’s EMEA LGBTQ+ & Ally Network. As a proud member of the Trans community, identifying as gender-fluid and non-binary, Pips champions the progression of LGBTQI+ inclusion and equality, engages senior management and mentors multiple bank leaders on LGBTQI+ inclusion. She is a regular public speaker, panellist and presenter and media contributor, raising awareness of LGBTQI+, Trans and non-binary inclusion. Pips has also presented on LGBTI+ inclusion and Allyship in Parliament, worked with the Government Equalities Office on LGBTQ+ initiatives and is an ambassador of a number of leading organizations and official bodies such as Stonewall, Diversity Role Models and TransInTheCity. Having overcome adversity as a Queer individual, she speaks and leads with sincerity and humility, espousing the impact authenticity and allyship has on the entire LGBTQI+ community.
