Raj is the Global Head of Talent Development at Ralph Lauren and is focused on driving inclusive and equitable talent development to empower Ralph Lauren’s employees to succeed without barriers. He leads a global team in implementing robust talent programs and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of all functions. He is also the Executive Sponsor for #RLPride for EMEA, where he uses his platform to empower others and provides support to elevate others to success. Additionally, he participated in and created roundtables to drive education and discussions surrounding inclusion, led pride events throughout EMEA implemented trainings on topics such as bias and microaggressions in the workplace.
