Siobhan is a board member and member of the UK Executive, reporting to the CEO and jointly responsible for a business of 2,500 staff. She is also Global Chair of the Business Innovation work stream of Mercer’s global LGBT network and is a key champion for diversity and inclusive practice, both in the business and in the wider business, education and faith communities. Additionally, Siobhan is a Stonewall Ambassador, a Governor of Greenside Primary School in Hammersmith, a Patron of the MD charitable Foundation, a Parochial Church Council member of All Hallows by the Tower – the oldest Church in the City of London – and an Advisory Board Member for the Professional Women’s Network.

During his time at Coutts Mike has established a Coutts LGBT society which is now in its 4th year and is looking to re-launch shortly with a view to encouraging straight allies to support their LGBT colleagues. Previously Rob was at British Land where he drove organisational and cultural change through his role as Group Financial Controller and Co Chair of OpCo. He is also currently part of a small group establishing an LGBT alliance at Whitbread that stretches across the business.
