Tlotlo is the co-chair of Standard Chartered Bank America’s LGBT+ & Allies Network. In his role he leads the initiative of making the workplace more welcoming by organising internal educational sessions, and teaching staff about the spectrum of LGBT+ defined community & gender identity. Tlotlo is a One Young World Ambassador who is passionate about LGBT rights and is actively involved in Open For Business, a business coalition aimed at promoting global LGBT inclusion. In June 2018, he successfully led the bank at the New York Pride March, Standard Chartered’s first official pride march participation. Tlotlo is Standard Chartered Bank’s official representative to OPEN Finance, a non-profit organisation consisting of LGBT+ employee resource groups from New York City metro’s financial services industry with the aim of sharing LGBT best practices in business and workplace inclusion
