TJ is co-chair of Santander UK’s LGBT+ Embrace Network, and was instrumental in organising Santander UK’s signing of an open letter confirming their support of marriage equality in Northern Ireland. TJ also helped to found RoundabOUT, an intercompany LGBTQ+ network for businesses based in Milton Keynes. They have held several panel events raising awareness around the trans* space, bisexuality and adoption, with several more in plan. TJ is also a trustee at Q:alliance, the only LGBTQ+ focused charity in Milton Keynes, where her primary role is to ensure that the local LGBTQ+ community is both heard and supported.
