As a change agent, Jason has driven the cause for diversity and inclusion through many channels. Through his role at Procter and Gamble, Jason leads the regional LGBT+ network in Latin America and has brought the regional employee resource group (LA GABLE) to new heights. With the most recent of LA GABLE’s conferences held in Mexico, Jason inspired leaders inside and outside P&G to become champions of change. He has built connections across non-profit organizations in the region, including Out & Equal, propelling Procter and Gamble to the forefront of organizations working to create inclusive work spaces.  Jason was part of launching Pride Connection in Costa Rica, a network comprised of global companies, sharing P&G’s best practices on building inclusion into their company frameworks. Externally, Jason has partnered with the local government in Costa Rica to create a culture of inclusion among civil servants and aids in the delivery of training programmes. Jason’s leadership has supported the Costa Rica government to enable a platform to make their inclusion policies and training available to the public. Jason is the recipient of Procter and Gamble’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Award.
